Digital Concept Computers was established as a business in 1985 by Vic Dunda to sell and service IBM compatible personal computer systems. From the start, a marked emphasis was placed on technical expertise and after sales service.
As the base of satisfied customers grew, mostly by referral, the company expanded by incorporating in February 1988. At this point, it was decided to focus on assembling computer systems under the name of DCC Systems, tailor-made to client requirements, as opposed to providing generic ready-made systems. Complete control over every component ensures high-performance and high-reliability whilst maintaining cost-effectiveness. After assembly, systems are given complete and thorough testing for reliable operation. Operating system software is installed and optimised for the correct environment to ensure the highest performance.
Flexibility, thorough testing and on-going technical and user support were seen as the most important factors in attaining and maintaining a reputation as a high-quality computer supplier.
With the advent of graphical environments and operating systems, Digital Concept specialises in supplying, installing and configuring Microsoft Windows networked systems.
Since establishment, Digital Concept has been supplying computer systems to a wide range of customers including those in the corporate, government, medical, retailing, development, manufacturing, education, distribution and accounting industries with continual sales to established clients.
